Jonathan Krit is a registered patent attorney and has over 15 years of experience practicing in intellectual property law.
Mr. Krit's legal experience includes patent and trademark litigation, domain name disputes and Internet issues, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition and related UCC issues. Mr. Krit has counseled clients on product development and patent design around, technology transfers, patent prosecution and licensing.
Mr. Krit has worked to obtain and enforce intellectual property rights for Fortune 500 corporations, midsize corporations and startups. Mr. Krit has practiced before a variety of federal courts and has successfully argued in front of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Krit has been the lead or backup attorney in a variety of intellectual property litigation matters, and previously worked at an intellectual property boutique firm that was in existence as a continuing law firm for over one hundred years before ceasing operations in 2007.
