Mr. Wishnow’s litigation experience includes patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret, unfair competition, false advertising and cyber squatter prosecution. Mr. Wishnow's practical experience includes counseling clients regarding intellectual property issues involving product development and patent design around, patent prosecution, due diligence, developing corporate strategy for protecting intellectual property, and performing analysis and rendering pre-litigation opinions directed to validity, infringement and right-to-use. Mr. Wishnow primarily represents food, dietary supplement, drug, biotech, cosmetic, medical device and technology companies in federal and state courts throughout the country, as well as at arbitrations and mediations before the National Arbitration Forum, JAMS, and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
